Job summary

STR Technologies is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive a healthy pipeline from Union, MO. You will open doors to business decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book meetings with the President & CEO for strategic conversations.

You’ll perform 80 outbound calls daily, qualify 3+ appointments weekly, and maintain a targeted ICP-driven contact database while tracking activities in HubSpot. Hybrid work from home options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales and high-volume calls.
• Ability to earn access and generate interest with cold prospects.
• Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
• Proficiency with Office or Google Workspace.
• Self-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Base salary and uncapped commission described in role.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 80 outbound calls to target market per day.
• 3+ qualified prospect appointments per week on CEO's calendar.
• Build and maintain a warm database of targeted prospects.
• Qualify prospects against ICP criteria for relevant industries.
• Track daily activity in HubSpot; report progress weekly.
