Job summary

Delaware Homebuyers is seeking a Lead Manager (Inside Sales Representative) to identify qualified home sellers and move them through our sales process. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound outreach, and schedule qualified appointments for our Home Buying Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified home sellers and move them through the sales process.
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling.
• Make outbound calls to new and previous leads; target prospect lists.
• Build rapport and uncover homeowner motivation and timeline.
• Qualify leads using the sales process and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and activities.
• Execute structured follow-up plans via calls, texts, and channels.
• Collaborate with acquisitions team for smooth customer experience.
• Participate in daily coaching and role-play to improve skills.
