Lightpath is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound dialing to generate qualified leads and new customers. You will schedule appointments for Account Executives and support data validation and marketing programs as directed by management.

The role requires tele-sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Lightpath supports a hybrid work model with office days and remote days based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years tele-sales/telemarketing experience.
• Articulate, with strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to multi-task with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound prospective inquiries and conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule appointments for Account Executives to meet with prospective customers.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services.
• Enter leads timely and accurately into Salesforce CRM.
