Careerscape is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative in the Tampa area to join a revenue team in a hybrid office/remote setup.

You will spend your day on the phone and via email, qualifying inbound leads, running outbound campaigns, and guiding prospects from first contact to close. A successful candidate thrives on targets, builds relationships, and adapts to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in inside sales or similar quota-carrying role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong phone presence and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads via outbound calls, emails, and CRM campaigns.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert to qualified opportunities.
• Deliver product/service presentations by phone/Video and manage full-cycle pipeline.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
