Job summary

Your Choice Home Buyer is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to drive real estate acquisitions from the front of the funnel. You will manage lead flow, qualify opportunities, and build rapport with homeowners to unlock next steps.

This two-phase role starts with Lead Management and progresses to owning seller opportunities, with a hybrid schedule in the Indianapolis metro and a clear path toward becoming a high-performing closer.

Qualifications

• Must convert conversations into qualified acquisition opportunities.
• Learn seller programs and develop acquisition-readiness during Phase 1.
• Hybrid work arrangement with ~80% remote work in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Convert seller conversations into qualified acquisition opportunities.
• Turn long-term follow-up into new revenue opportunities.
• Run a pipeline the team can trust with current notes and next steps.
• Earn acquisition readiness through training, reviews, and role play.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts after promotion.
