Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will reach out to physicians by phone, learn their career goals, and match them with facilities in need of services.

This role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration at least twice per week, plus real-time coaching and access to on-site resources. Compensation is base plus commission and bonuses under a total target compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Demonstrated hunter approach to build and grow a book of business.
• Comfort with making cold calls and outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for persuasion.
• Willingness to take and give feedback to improve performance.
• Ambition to develop into leadership roles.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing physicians.
• Negotiate contract terms with physicians and clients and extend offers.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential physicians.
