Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, is seeking an Associate Recruiter in Raleigh to help recruit locum tenens physicians and advanced practice providers. The role involves building candidate pipelines, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the local sales team in person.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration at least twice per week and flexible remote days. A strong emphasis is placed on communication, database management, and meeting monthly KPI

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume phone outreach and cold calling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with large databases and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Generate call lists and build a pipeline of providers.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates via our website.
• Contact leads and providers to secure interest.
• Source new providers to grow the database.
• Meet monthly goals and KPIs.
