Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, seeks an Associate Recruiter in Raleigh to build a provider pipeline for locum tenens roles. This hybrid position requires twice-weekly in-office collaboration with the local sales team and flexible remote work on other days.

You will generate lists, respond to inquiries, contact providers, and source new candidates while aiming to meet monthly KPIs. Strong communication and database skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy phone activity including cold calling.
• Persuasive and professional written and oral communications skills.
• Strong database management with a large-scale database system.

Responsibilities

• Generate calling lists and searches to build a pipeline of qualified providers.
• Respond to new inquiries from potential candidates via our website.
• Contact leads to gain interest/commitment to Weatherby.
