Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will reach out to physicians by phone, understand their goals, and pair them with facilities in need of services.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration at the Raleigh office at least twice per week and remote work on other days. We offer a compensation structure combining base pay with commissions/bonuses, plus benefits such as 401(k) matching and health

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales (B2B/B2C).
• Hunter mentality with ability to build a book of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
