Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare, a division of CHG Healthcare, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to connect with physicians, learn their career goals, and match them with healthcare facilities. This hybrid role requires coming into the Raleigh office a minimum of twice per week, with remote work on other days, to support collaboration and coaching from the local sales team.

Qualifications

• At least one year in sales selling products or services.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Strong hunter approach to sales with ability to create, grow and manage a book of business.
• Experience with cold calls.
• Persuasive and influential written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to take and give feedback.
• Leadership ambitions.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry (bonus, not required).
• Ability to meet KPI while maintaining healthy competition among team members.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing physicians.
• Negotiate contract terms with physicians and clients and extend offers.
• Maintain and grow pipeline and database of potential physicians.
