Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow business within assigned accounts and territories
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and solutions to meet their needs
• Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies and achieve revenue goals
• Prepare and present sales proposals that highlight the value of our products and services
• Participate in customer meetings, taking on greater ownership as you develop your skills and confidence
• Manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM software
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
• Address customer concerns and work toward timely, effective resolutions
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
