Thomas Scientific is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by building relationships over the phone and email. This hybrid role emphasizes account growth, upsell opportunities, and customer satisfaction across existing and new clients.

You will proactively contact prospects, manage a pipeline, and collaborate with teams to close deals while maintaining strong documentation and client relationships for long-term retention.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with proven targets achievement.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact customers by phone, email, and chat to identify opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads within assigned accounts.
• Present offerings, promotions, and pricing to drive revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Document all interactions in the CRM.
