Teleflora seeks an account representative to support international accounts from the Oklahoma City office in a hybrid setup (Mon-Wed in-office, Thu-Fri optional work from home). This hourly, entry-level role requires fluency in English and Spanish and basic accounting skills.

The position involves reconciling statements, updating pricing, and coordinating wire transfers with international affiliates. Candidates should have a high school diploma, with college accounting or business courses

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Basic accounting skills in AR and AP transactions.
• Proficient PC skills including Excel; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison for Teleflora and International affiliates by providing superior service.
• Understand Teleflora statements with focus on International orders and adjustments.
• Maintain spreadsheets and reconcile monthly statements.
• Maintain price updates and directory information for international accounts.
• Prepare and submit International wire transfers and handle checks.
