Teleflora is seeking a Customer Service Representative, International in Oklahoma City for a hybrid role. You will act as an account representative, reconciling Teleflora’s International accounts and supporting affiliate relationships.

The position requires basic accounting skills, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments. This entry-level opportunity includes optional work-from-home days and an emphasis on data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma required; accounting/business courses preferred.
• Experience with AR/AP and reconciliations helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison for Teleflora and International affiliates for orders.
• Reconcile monthly statements and maintain account records.
• Maintain price updates and directory information for international accounts.
• Process international wire transfers and checks.
• Handle inquiries regarding international orders and escalations.
• Collaborate with domestic and international florists to resolve issues.
