Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ work experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with web-based applications and internet research.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to work in office 4 days per week with 1 remote day (after 6 months of in-office performance).
• Ability to travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Sell and respond to web-generated quotes, inbound calls, and walk-in inquiries.
• Proactively solicit and maintain contact with current and prospective customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure timely engagement with customers.
• Handle the entire sales cycle from proposal to close.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product and service information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Modification Shop teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in product and services training to stay up to date on features.
• Maintain CRM activity and account status records.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.
