Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to guide student move-in/out, storage, and shipping solutions. You will serve as a consultative link between customers and our service offerings, contributing to the Customer Experience Team.

You will field leads, deliver estimates, and help customers navigate our portal to complete bookings. A strong sales mindset and high adaptability are essential for success in this hybrid role based in Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades, and generate referrals.
