Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned volume and revenue budget for trade lanes.
• Maintain a new business account pipeline to expand portfolio.
• Use ONE Force to manage customer contacts and account information.
• Develop and maintain Account Plans by trade.
• Monitor reports (Looker/PowerBI) and share weekly customer performance.
• Coordinate with sales support to align priorities and divide work.
• Monitor Customer Scorecard metrics and adjust actions to improve performance.
• Manage tenders and post-contract onboarding, including e-commerce initiatives.
