Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in sales or customer service roles.
• Willing to learn about the real estate industry and grow with the company.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly learn real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
• Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Live answer all inbound seller leads during normal office hours.
• Build relationships and rapport through outbound calling with a focus on engagement and commitment.
• Pre-screen inbound calls based on seller motivation and property details.
• Set appointments for Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation.
• Ensure KPI reporting and CRM data accuracy.
• Assign potential realtor listings to listing agents.
• Maintain a sense of urgency across varied activities and projects.
