Job summary

Hakes Brothers seeks an Online Sales Consultant to nurture internet leads into home sales through multi-channel outreach. You will qualify buyers, coordinate with a New Home Advisor, and maintain CRM records to enable reliable reporting.

You will re-engage leads, manage appointments, and track conversion metrics while staying current on communities, pricing, incentives, and key selling points to guide prospects effectively.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required or strong proficiency.
• In-office work-week; full-time availability.
• Strong sales communication and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume leads.
• Customer-service orientation and rapport-building ability.
• Ability to analyze lead/conversion data and identify trends.
• High attention to detail and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and convert internet leads to home sales via phone, text, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Qualify online prospects by homebuying criteria to direct to the appropriate community and New Home Advisor.
• Provide immediate live chat responses during sessions.
• Handoff qualified prospects with CRM notes and details to the New Home Advisor.
• Follow up with online leads via CRM, tailored to buyers’ needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for reliable reporting and marketing attribution.
• Re-engage aged or inactive leads to generate new appointments.
• Manage appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and no-shows to maximize conversions.
• Track conversion metrics and report performance at each funnel stage.
• Provide feedback between Marketing and Sales to refine strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, pricing, incentives, and selling points.
