Job summary

Delaware Homebuyers is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners face-to-face, understand their situations, negotiate solutions, and convert opportunities into signed agreements. You will receive company-generated opportunities but can also generate appointments through follow-up and prospecting.

This in-person, field-based role requires travel within the Delaware service area, with office time when not in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside, in-home, high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Strong face-to-face and phone communication skills.
• Confident negotiator who can discuss significant financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run qualified homeowner appointments throughout Delaware.
• Build trust quickly and understand homeowner motivation, timeline and goals.
• Present solutions and negotiate purchase agreements.
