Responsibilities

• Support management, outside sales engineers and customers with technical, service and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate pricing quotes with field sales team, pricing department, and product managers.
• Review customer plans and specifications to determine BOM, competitive price level and shipment cycle.
• Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns.
• Project manage small to medium projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong commercial relations with customers.
