Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a proactive Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist in the United States to drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a hybrid on-site role. Based in Richmond, VA; Greenwood, IN; or Houston, TX, you will qualify leads, manage CRM data, close deals, and educate customers on new offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain CRM with lead and customer information.
• Proactively contact prospective customers to promote products/services and close sales.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet customer needs.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline toward monthly/quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
• Upsell or cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.
• Educate customers on new offerings and solutions.
• Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product demonstrations.
