Job summary

Alfa Laval, a global leader in energy, food, water and shipping technologies, seeks a proactive Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid on-site role. You will drive sales while delivering exceptional support to customers across regions and industries.

You will identify leads, manage CRM data, present tailored proposals, and guide new customers through onboarding, training, and product demonstrations. The role rewards targets with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead and customer data.
• Promote products/services and close sales with prospective customers.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline to hit monthly/quarterly goals.
• Educate customers on new offerings and solutions.
• Onboard and train new customers on products/services.
• Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on support trends and sales performance.
