Responsabilités

• Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
• Backlog Management and Order to Invoice process responsibilities to ensure on-time delivery and accurate data.
• Support sales with direct customer contact for Quality assurance processes and escalation handling.
• Serve as liaison between customer, Inside Sales, and suppliers with cross‑department collaboration.
• Collaborate with Asset, Field Sales, Quality, Transportation, and Inside Sales teams.
