Job summary

The Agency is a Chicagoland manufacturers' rep firm based in Wood Dale, IL. This role supports quotes, orders, returns, and customer communications for industrial, commercial, and residential markets across Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, and Northwest Indiana.

Electrical industry experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. A great phone manner, clear communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical industry is a plus, but training provided.
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Humor and positive attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build quotes and follow up on open quotes and new leads.
• Enter orders, process returns, and keep data clean.
• Answer customer calls and emails with speed and professionalism.
• Coordinate projects between customers, factories, and the outside sales team.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
