Flanagan is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales, build lasting customer relationships, and support the sales process from inquiry to order completion. This role combines sales, customer service, and administrative support, with occasional travel to visit customers as needed.

The ideal candidate excels at communication, is highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities while working independently or with a team in a home- or office-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing new business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively contact prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and opportunities.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
