Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Fluent in English and Standard French (FR) written and spoken.

Responsibilities
