Job summary

AKA Search Group in Orlando, FL is seeking an Acquisition Manager to lead the customer journey from inbound leads to successful real estate acquisitions. You will meet with prospective sellers, present offers, and coordinate with the inbound team to ensure a warm handoff and exceptional client experience.

The role provides hands-on sales and real estate training, with a hybrid work setup and strong earning potential (OTE $110,000–$150,000).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales or customer service roles.
• Willing to learn about real estate; growth and training provided.
• Excellent outbound communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person appointments with prospective sellers to determine motivation and solutions.
• Make offers, negotiate, and contract both on-market and off-market opportunities.
• Use the CRM to update and align with the lead management team.
• Maintain strong relationships with sellers and the team via phone and email.
• Secure properties, place lockboxes, and photograph interiors and exteriors.
• Provide follow-up calls to sellers unable to contract on first attempt.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the position.
