Job summary

Archway Group | Coldwell Banker Realty in Dublin, OH, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent/REALTOR®. In this full-time hybrid role, the Real Estate Agent will work both in-person and remotely, helping clients buy and sell properties and guiding them through the entire transaction process.

The successful candidate will schedule showings, create and manage listings, and coordinate with clients, real estate attorneys, and mortgage lenders.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Real Estate license or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent customer service with a passion for helping clients find homes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Ability to research and analyze property and market data and present findings to clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MLS, CRMs, and online marketing platforms.
• Commitment to ethical and legal standards in real estate transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help clients buy and sell properties through the entire transaction process.
• Guide clients from property search to closing and post-transaction follow-up.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and manage property listings.
• Coordinate with clients, real estate attorneys, and mortgage lenders.
