Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, handling inquiries on pricing and asset transfers, and supporting regional sales goals. Hybrid work and regional collaboration are core aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a role with account management or customer service responsibilities.
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience in sales support or inside sales to assist sales teams and customer accounts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; active listening and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account contact information, venue details, and program records in the CRM.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding SKU rationalizations, pricing, asset transfers, and ownership changes.
• Handle account setup, maintenance, equipment service coordination, and delivery claims.
• Collect information to identify root causes and implement creative solutions.
• Participate in business planning with field leadership and account managers to set goals.
• Conduct proactive outreach calls by customer tier to drive results and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and execute a personal sales strategy within the existing customer base.
