Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Executives in a hybrid role across the West Region. The position blends remote work with occasional onsite presence at distribution centers, roughly once per month, to train and connect with teams.

You will assist with sales planning, customer analytics, pricing and new account setup, while coordinating customer conversations and preparing reports for leadership. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a sales, sales support or sales analytics role with a track record of providing customer support
• Proficient in analytics and preparing presentations to report findings
• Intermediate Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Ability to learn proprietary US Foods systems (eCommerce, Salesforce.com, PRISM, SODS, CDMR, Tandem) and to adapt to changing procedures

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: complete transactional support, monitor service requests and coordinate with AE actions
• Sales Support: participate in weekly AE calls, monitor planned customer visits, drive profitable growth
• Customer reports: produce and analyze customer-specific reports to optimize product utilization and inventory
• CBRs: prepare customer business reviews and track follow-up actions
• Pricing/credits: resolve pricing concerns and upload mass credit/debit requests
• Accounts Receivable: collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve credit issues
• New customers: assist with setup, onboarding and maintenance
