Job summary

AssetMark in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, generate financial reports, administer Salesforce tasks, and coordinate marketing materials for advisors and the sales group. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, experience in sales or customer service, and strong time management with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Order marketing materials for advisors, prospective advisors, and sales team.
• Execute call campaigns to drive participation in conferences, webinars, and regional events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team’s goals.
