Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors, provide quotes and pricing, and update the CRM for project visibility. You will resolve customer issues, collaborate across teams, and help ensure customer satisfaction in a fully onsite role based in Elkhorn, WI.

The position requires strong communication, data entry, and order-processing skills, with a focus on timely quotes and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Field and appropriately handle all inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors.
• Distribute all customer correspondence produced by order entry.
• Acknowledge all backorders and short shipments in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Inform customers of quote/order status proactively.
• Produce and distribute weekly and/or monthly quote/sales reports as defined by management.
• Process all quotes/purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely shipment of all customer orders by collaborating with other departments.
• Answer all calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
• Monitor service quality standards and advise management of potential issues with resolution strategies.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues effectively by investigating and providing solutions.
