4 Corner Resources is seeking Senior Project Manager and Project Manager candidates for a heavy manufacturing hydropower environment in York, PA. You will lead large, complex projects from handover through closeout, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex industrial or capital projects.
• Background in heavy manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules.
• Understanding of project cost control and commercial terms.
• Ability to manage several projects at once.
• Comfort managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and BOMs.
• Structured, systematic approach to project management.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects covering electromechanical equipment for large hydropower plants.
• Own project profitability from handover to completion, including budgets and forecasting.
• Manage every project phase: engineering, production, sourcing, transportation, field service.
• Review bids and contracts to ensure delivery within terms, budget, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule and scope.
• Build and maintain project schedules; align purchase orders with milestones.
• Handle change management, claims and risks with customers and suppliers.
• Build strong customer relationships and support Sales and Account Managers.
• Own all project documentation and contribute to process improvements.
