Job summary

Haugland Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support power infrastructure projects. The role is hybrid/remote with travel to Pennsylvania sites, and involves submittal processing, material management and budget analysis. A strong background in construction management and ERP systems is required.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of coordinating across engineering, finance, and operations to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Experience with ERP management and improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PM team on engineering plans and suggest enhancements/value engineering opportunities.
• Facilitate change order process and prepare monthly budget analysis and projections/cost to complete.
• Manage CPM baseline and updates.
• Manage RFIs and engineering inquiries.
• Ensure all project materials are approved, delivered and tracked accordingly.
• Coordinate with the finance department to prepare, review and evaluate monthly costs.
• Update and maintain the company ERP system with current project information.
