Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Controls, Chemical, Civil) or Associate's degree with related work history.
• Minimum of five years of experience in hydropower or related industry.
• Proficiency with SAP, ECTR, and Primavera.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hydropower projects across electromechanical equipment.
• Ensure project profitability through all phases and departments.
• Review bids and contracts for contract-compliant execution.
• Develop customer relationships and support sales.
• Drive change, claims, and risk management with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, monitoring, and forecasting profitability.
• Lead development and control of project schedule.
• Own all project documentation and contribute to process improvements.
