Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with energy and industrial building experience to lead scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across large, complex projects.

You will coordinate with clients, manage multiple offices, and drive project performance while ensuring compliance and effective communications. The role offers hybrid work options and a path to advanced PM responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years in Energy Engineering with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects (Gas Turbine, Reciprocating Engines).
• Strong financial management skills and ability to oversee multi-office programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage medium- to large multi-discipline engineering projects across locations.
• Support business development: scoping, fee development, proposals, negotiations, contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permits; coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and achieve performance metrics (cost, margin, schedule).
• Identify out-of-scope work and manage contract changes.
