Job summary

4 Corner Resources is hiring 4 Project Managers for a heavy manufacturing company in York, PA. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Roles include Senior and Project Manager levels with starting compensation around $112,000 per year, plus benefits.

Lead complex projects from handover through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, and ensure contract terms are met. Relocation encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex projects, ideally industrial or capital projects.
• Background in heavy manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, or another complex industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules.
• Understanding of project cost control and commercial terms, including contract review or administration.
• Ability to manage several projects at once.
• Comfort managing and pushing subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials.
• A structured, systematic approach to project management.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects covering the electromechanical equipment for large hydropower plants.
• Own project profitability from handover to completion, including budgets, costs, and forecast.
• Manage all project phases: engineering, production, manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, and field service.
