Job summary

Haugland Group LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for hybrid work with travel to projects in and around Pennsylvania. The role supports the Project Management team with submittal processing, material management, and budget analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in construction management and a relevant engineering degree, plus ERP experience and proficiency with MS Office. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Experience with ERP management and budget analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Management team on engineering plans and suggest value engineering opportunities.
• Facilitate the change order process, prepare monthly budget analyses and projections.
• Manage CPM baseline and updates.
• Manage RFIs and engineering-related inquiries.
• Ensure all project materials are approved, delivered and tracked.
• Coordinate with the finance department to prepare and review monthly costs.
• Update and maintain the ERP system with current project information.
