• Lead cross-functional teams and hold subcontractors accountable to schedule and scope.
• Build and maintain project schedules; align purchase orders with milestones.
• Handle change management, claims and risks with customers and suppliers.
• Build strong customer relationships and support Sales and Account Managers.
• Own all project documentation and contribute to process improvements.

4 Corner Resources is hiring 4 Project Managers, at both the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager levels, for a heavy manufacturing company in the hydropower industry in York, PA. You'll lead large, complex industrial projects from handover through final closeout. It's a strong fit for disciplined, structured project managers from mining, oil and gas, heavy manufacturing, or similar environments who want to grow into a specialized industry. Hydropower experience is not required.

• Lead complex projects covering the electromechanical equipment for large hydropower plants
• Own project profitability from handover to completion, including setting budgets, monitoring costs, and forecasting
• Manage every project phase: engineering, production, manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, and field service (installation, commissioning, and closeout)
• Review bids and contracts and make sure projects are delivered within contract terms, on budget, on time, and to quality standards
• Lead a cross-functional project team and hold subcontractors and suppliers accountable to schedule and scope
• Build, manage, and maintain project schedules, and line up purchase orders with schedule milestones
• Handle change management, claims, and project risks and opportunities with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Build strong customer relationships and support Sales and Account Managers in growing the business
• Own all project documentation
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization across the company

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Experience managing large, complex projects, ideally industrial or capital projects
• Background in heavy manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, or another complex industrial environment
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules
• Understanding of project cost control and commercial terms, including contract review or administration
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Comfort managing and pushing subcontractors and vendors
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials
• A structured, systematic approach to project management
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of heavy manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, welding, machining, and assembly
• Experience with SAP, ECTR, or Primavera
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Controls, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Location: York, PA (relocation candidates welcome)
• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

• Compensation: Starting at $112,000 based on experience, plus benefits
