Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an associate to handle a high volume of inbound customer calls from Bellevue, NE, providing accurate order placement and a positive experience. You will help with product availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and order-related inquiries while documenting interactions in company systems.

The role is contract-based and hybrid, with a pay range around $16.50/hour and benefits eligibility described.

• Utilize downtime between calls to increase product knowledge and remain up to date on company offerings.
• Consistently meet customer service, quality, and productivity expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
