Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Project Manager II to lead client onboarding projects in Louisville. You’ll plan, coordinate and execute initiatives to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include creating project plans, managing milestones and collaborating with sales, clients and internal teams. Strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project and Visio are preferred. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• At least three years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets and present to clients, advisors to review rollout
• Direct day-to-day activities working with clients and sales to onboard new clients
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of all implementation milestones
• Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
• Lead communication with stakeholders such as clients, sales, advisors and team members through completion of the project
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
• Direct project timeliness
• Assess, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual clients
• Manage a large book of clients in various stages of the implementation process

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
