Job summary

Alfa Financial Software is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive a workstream for client Alfa Systems deployments. You will guide requirements, process design, data conversion, testing, and cutover activities, coordinating with client teams and Alfa engineering to ensure successful go-lives.

You will own the workstream plan, manage risks, and deliver training while collaborating with a cross-functional delivery team in a hybrid work environment across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Alfa Systems implementation workstream with accountability for your scope
• Coordinate with client and Alfa teams to capture requirements and map processes
• Oversee data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation during go-live
• Direct test strategy, defect triage, and issue resolution with engineering teams
• Plan cutover, rollback, and post go-live support to ensure a smooth transition
• Deliver training materials and share domain expertise to improve delivery methods
