AlphaCentrix, a leading provider of enterprise data management solutions for the financial services industry, is seeking a Front Office Implementation Consultant. The role reports to the Director of Professional Services and involves hands-on implementation and support of portfolio management systems at client sites.

You will lead front office workstreams, build senior client partnerships, analyze data workflows, and support deployments across multiple engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of client-facing implementation experience in investment software.
• Deep knowledge of front office workflows (trading, portfolio management, compliance).
• Strong understanding of investment management lifecycle (OMS, post-trade, reporting).
• Proven ability to handle client escalations professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front office implementation workstreams across client engagements to ensure timely delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders (trading, PM, compliance, operations).

Position Summary

We are seeking a Front Office Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, this role involves hands‑on implementation and support of portfolio management systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail‑oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front office implementation workstreams across multiple client engagements to ensure successful, high‑quality, and timely delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, including trading, portfolio management, compliance, and operations leadership teams.
• Collaborate with client teams to analyze data workflows and deliver tailored solutions.
• Contribute hands‑on support during critical project milestones, escalations, or complex deployment activities as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a client‑facing consulting or professional services role.
• Strong expertise across front office workflows, including trading, portfolio management, compliance monitoring, and operational processes.
• Deep understanding of the investment management lifecycle, including order management, post‑trade operations, compliance oversight, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
