Alfa Financial Software is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of integration solutions using the Alfa Systems platform. You will align customer requirements with scalable architectures, APIs, and data strategies while collaborating closely with clients and Alfa’s teams.

• Prior Alfa implementation experience with Alfa Systems.
• Experience in software development, technical advocacy, consultancy, pre-sales, or enterprise architecture.
• Ability to investigate technical discussions and stay current with industry trends.
• Excellent communication and consultancy skills.
• Business analysis and client requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of common integration patterns.
• Ability to look at problems holistically and balance constraints.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and document client systems and integration landscape; propose designs.
• Support customer configuration of Alfa Systems to meet requirements.
• Design solutions aligned with best practices to accelerate onboarding on the Alfa Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with customers to understand roadmap and identify opportunities.
• Provide technical design consulting for API-based integrations.
• Align requirements to product functionality and scalable solutions.
• Architect BI/data warehousing approach for data integration.
• Assess non-functional requirements and assist with implementation.
• Work with clients to develop performance targets and testing plans; assist with performance tuning.
• Mentor and shape the next generation of solution architects.
