Formación

• Prior experience working on Alfa implementation using Alfa Systems software.
• Experience in software development, technical consultancy, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong technical investigative skills, awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and consultancy skills.
• Business analysis and client requirement gathering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and document client systems and integration landscape.
• Support customer configuration of the Alfa Systems platform.
• Collaborate with customers to align program roadmap and uncover opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical design consulting for API-based integrations.
