Daikin Applied in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to act as a technical sales expert, developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling preventative maintenance contracts, and advising on HVAC products and BAS solutions.

The role is a hybrid position based at the Austin District Service Office with regular local travel to customers and job sites. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals and grow the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with related experience.
• 2+ years of sales in Commercial HVAC or similar industry.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to travel territory daily.
• Ability to influence the market through prospecting and networking.
• Experience with Salesforce or other sales tracking software.
• Experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Work in assigned territory, partnering with sales and service teams.
• Meet sales goals through existing customer development and new business prospecting.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for leads generation.
• Travel to call on customers, build relationships, and follow up on concerns.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes on new work; coordinate project cost estimates.
• Conduct competitive product tests to identify needs for changes or new products.
• Prepare pipeline and business activity reports.
• Identify tools/resources to aid sales efforts (rebates, ROI).
• Plan and guide projects from start to finish with internal/external SMEs.
