The Commercial Sales Coordinator role focuses on supporting order entry, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely processing and billing for complex projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with three years' experience.
• AA/AS degree with 2 years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide order-entry support for Commercial Sales and related orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure orders are placed and shipped promptly.
• Update customers and sales teams with order acknowledgments and PO status.
• Collaborate with CE departments and manufacturers to ensure accurate billing and processing.
• Keep documentation for jobs over 50k secured for post-project reference.
• Perform order/project management for commercial sales.
• Provide post-sales support to internal and external customers.
• Track shipments and logistics to customer sites for commercial equipment.
