Job Summary

The HVAC Commercial Sales Bid Coordinator provides commercial quote sales support by collaborating with the sales team to evaluate new construction quote requests, assign quotes to the appropriate sales channel, prioritize quotes, manage quote-related correspondence, send quotes to bidders, maintain a structured follow‑up process, post bid information to the cloud, and manage internal software systems. The role requires managing multiple projects and communicating with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with inside sales to evaluate bids for new construction projects
• Collect, organize and post job related information
• Maintain online quote systems and quote files
• Follow up on assignments to ensure all quotes are provided prior to deadline
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and internal sales channels
• Generate and provide monthly bid reports
