Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead safety practices at assigned work sites and provide expert advice to operations teams and clients. You will apply your knowledge of safety management systems with minimal supervision across diverse environments.

The hybrid role includes travel to Ledcor sites (up to 50%–75%). You will mentor HS&E staff, collect safety data, investigate incidents, and support return-to-work and preventive safety measures while maintaining Ledcor's

Qualifications

• Experience as HS&E professional; telecommunications experience preferred.
• OH&S education is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and audits and report findings.
• Provide on-site HS&E guidance to management on programs and emergency response.
• Mentor HS&E Coordinators and Advisors.
• Collect data and report on corrective actions and safety metrics.
• Lead complex incident investigations and identify root causes.
• Support supervisory return-to-work and preventive safety measures.
